Are free diagnostics available?
Free diagnostics are an exclusive benefit for our maintenance membership members. Non-members receive standard diagnostic pricing. Ask us about joining the membership — at $150/year it typically pays for itself after one or two service calls.
What HVAC brands do you work with?
We service and install all major HVAC brands, including Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, American Standard, and more. We are a proud American Standard dealer. Whatever brand you have, our experienced technicians can handle it.
Do you offer financing?
Absolutely. We offer multiple financing options and payment plans to make HVAC replacements and major repairs affordable. We believe no family should suffer in the summer heat or winter cold due to cost — ask us about your options when you call.
How quickly can you come out for a repair?
We work hard to schedule visits within 24–48 hours for standard repairs. For emergencies, call us directly at 731-267-0027 and we will do our best to get to you the same day. Maintenance members receive priority emergency scheduling.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency HVAC service?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency HVAC service throughout Bolivar, TN and all of West Tennessee. If your AC dies in the middle of summer or your heat goes out on a cold night, call 731-267-0027 and we will respond fast.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ducks Heating and Air Conditioning is a fully licensed, insured, and veteran-owned HVAC company. All technicians hold EPA certification. Your home and family are in good hands.

Our seasonal tune-up includes a full system inspection, cleaning of coils and components, checking refrigerant levels, testing electrical connections, measuring airflow, and a free indoor air quality test. We check everything so small issues don't turn into expensive breakdowns.
